Salt Lake Community Solar has, from the start, been about the community coming together to drive down the price of solar. Early on, the Steering Committe worked out a 35-40% discount below the average price of Utah installations. An astonishing 270 families in Salt Lake County then responded to the Self-Assessment Survey and recieved solar bids. This happened due in large part to your tireless efforts. Our surveys show that the vast majority of people signing up did so because of a family member, friend, or neighbor telling them about the program. Because of  this overwhelming interest, Salt Lake Community Solar was able to reach our final price break, bringing the price of solar to a level that made solar professionals from around the country take notice.

Installations are on-going. Please us directly if you have any questions.
